Fr. Ernest has relocated to
St. Kizito Catholic Parish in Mtepuwa, Malawi, Africa
A Letter from Fr. Ernest:
I am finally based in Mulanje. This is the Parish Church. St. Kizito Catholic Parish at Mtepuwa.
The Church itself its just something to be renovated in one way or the other.
The Parish House(Rectory) is also something to be renovated.
The priest who was here never stayed fixed at this place.
He was only coming on Saturday and celebrates Sunday Mass then off to town in Blantyre.
I will be sharing images of the Parish house as well.
And then the so called Nursery its just a hall without desks or chairs.
Has no any play ground for the kids.
Has no bathroom nor toilets.
The thing which is said to be used as a toilet. Its just miserable.
The place is already functioning. But now with COVID the schools are closed.
When we resume schools I will share pictures of the Nursery and the kids.
So here are the pictures.
May God Bless you always.
Peace,
Fr. Ernest.

St. Vincent de Paul Parish in Blantyre, Malawi, Africa
Our new friends are building their new parish hall brick by brick. So far parishioners of the church and nine outstation churches have made over 200,000 bricks by hand!
Some of the youth from St. Vincent de Paul parish in Blantyre, Malawi send greetings to their counterparts at St. Dominic in Kingsport.

Fr. Michael and Deacon Frank visited the Dream Center and the St. John Paul II Children Nutrition Center, two centers run by the Community of Sant'Egidio in Blantyre. The Dream Center provides medicines and support to pregnant mothers with HIV/AIDS. They are currently serving around 5,000 people and have achieved over a 99% non-transference rate of the disease from mother to child! At the St. JP II Center over 600 children are fed daily! Both centers' services are free with no charge. |
